Nutrients are vital for a Healthy Plant

Growing the best plant thus getting a larger yield is primarily down to feeding in the correct nutrients. These are nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Whilst these are the most important there are lots more that will greatly improve the odds of getting a good yield such as calcium, magnesium and iron to name just a few.

All plants follow the same life cycle, however they will grow quicker and bigger when the correct mix of nutrients are fed to it. The most suitable mix of nutrients will change as the plant moves through the life cycle. Whilst the expert Gardener can probably mix his own nutrients, beginners might want to consider buying a specially designed kit which has been formulated through a thorough amount of testing.

When feeding the nutrients to your plants ensure the water is at room temperature so they absorb efficiently as possible.
